Acceptable Use Policy

The conduct rules that apply to everyone who uses any Fininvo product or mobile app.

Scope

This Acceptable Use Policy applies to all users of the Fininvo platform and mobile apps, including ERP, HRMS, Payroll, Fininvo Jobs and Recruit. It supplements the Terms of Service. Product-specific rules for Jobs and Recruit are in the Jobs & Recruit Acceptable Use Policy.

Prohibited Conduct

  • Using the platform for any unlawful purpose or to facilitate illegal activity.
  • Activity that threatens the unity, integrity, defence, security or sovereignty of India, or public order.
  • Infringing the intellectual property, privacy or other rights of any person.
  • Impersonating any person or entity or misrepresenting your affiliation.
  • Uploading content that is defamatory, obscene, hateful, harassing or harmful to minors.
  • Reselling or sublicensing the platform except under the Partner Program.

Anti-Spam

You must not use the platform or its communication features to send unsolicited bulk or commercial messages, or any communication that violates anti-spam, telemarketing or electronic communication laws. Outbound messaging must honour opt-out requests and apply fair-use limits.

Security & Integrity

Do not

  • Probe, scan or test vulnerabilities without authorisation.
  • Introduce malware or attempt to gain unauthorised access.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the platform or other users.
  • Circumvent usage limits, authentication or rate limits.

Responsible disclosure

If you discover a vulnerability, report it under our Responsible Disclosure programme rather than exploiting it.

Content Standards

You are responsible for content you upload or publish, including documents, postings, profiles, reviews and messages. Content must be lawful, accurate where it purports to be factual, and free of malware. We may remove content that violates this policy and may preserve and disclose it where required by law.

Jobs & Recruit

Job seekers must not submit fraudulent applications or impersonate others. Employers must post only genuine, lawful, non-discriminatory roles, use candidate data only for the role applied to, and protect it with industry-standard safeguards. Enforcement

Violations may result in content removal, feature restriction, suspension or termination of your account, and, where appropriate, referral to law enforcement. We may act immediately where there is risk to the platform, other users or the public. Report suspected abuse to support@fininvo.com.
