Security is built into the platform across all products (ERP, HRMS, Payroll, Jobs and Recruit) and our mobile apps. We apply layered controls covering data protection, infrastructure, access and monitoring, and we operate a responsible disclosure programme.

The platform runs on Amazon Web Services with managed databases, network segmentation and firewalls. Payment data is handled by PCI DSS compliant gateways (Razorpay and Stripe); we do not store card numbers.
We monitor the platform continuously and maintain an incident response process. In the event of a personal data breach, we notify affected customers without undue delay, and within 72 hours where required, and assist with your own notification duties.
Our security programme is aligned with ISO 27001 and SOC 2 Type II. Formal certification is in progress. We will update this page as certifications are obtained. Enterprise customers may request our current security documentation under NDA.
