The rules that keep Fininvo Jobs and Recruit fair, lawful and trustworthy for seekers and employers.

Scope

This policy applies to everyone who uses Fininvo Jobs (job seekers) and Fininvo Recruit (employers and recruiters), on web and mobile. It supplements the platform-wide Acceptable Use Policy and the Terms of Service.

Job Seekers

  • Provide accurate information in your profile and applications.
  • Do not impersonate another person or submit fraudulent or duplicate applications at scale.
  • Do not upload content that is unlawful, infringing or harmful.
  • Do not use the platform to solicit, scam or harass employers or other users.

Employers & Recruiters

  • Post only genuine, currently open roles. No fake, bait or misleading listings.
  • Do not post roles that discriminate on the basis of caste, religion, gender, age, disability, marital status or other protected characteristics, except where a genuine occupational requirement is lawful.
  • Do not charge candidates fees to apply, or require payment, deposits or purchases as a condition of consideration.
  • Represent compensation, location and role honestly.
  • Comply with applicable labour, equal-opportunity and data protection laws.

Candidate Data Handling

  • Use candidate data only to evaluate that candidate for the role they applied to, or the role you sourced them for.
  • Protect candidate data with industry-standard safeguards and restrict access to those who need it.
  • Do not disclose a candidate's job-seeking activity to their current employer.
  • Do not sell candidate data or use it for unrelated marketing.
  • Retain candidate data only as long as needed and in line with applicable law.

Recruiter Outreach Limits

Recruiter messaging and outreach are subject to fair-use limits to protect candidates from spam. Outreach must be relevant to the candidate, must not be bulk unsolicited messaging, and must honour opt-out requests. We may rate-limit or restrict accounts that exceed reasonable outreach volumes.

Enforcement

We may remove listings or content, restrict features, and suspend or terminate accounts that violate this policy. Listings that appear fraudulent or discriminatory may be removed without prior notice. Report concerns to support@fininvo.com.
