Partner Program Policy

The Partner Program is open to businesses that apply and are approved by Fininvo. Participation begins when your application is accepted and any partner agreement is executed. This Policy supplements the Terms of Service and any signed partner agreement, which prevails in case of conflict.

• Commission rates, qualifying criteria and attribution rules are set out on the partner portal or in your agreement.
• A referral qualifies when the referred customer is new to Fininvo, is properly attributed to you, and pays for a subscription.
• Commissions are calculated on net fees received, excluding taxes, refunds and chargebacks.
• Payments are made on the schedule stated in your agreement, subject to applicable taxes and valid invoicing or tax documentation.
• Fininvo may withhold or reverse commissions for cancelled, refunded, fraudulent or non-qualifying transactions.

• Represent Fininvo accurately and never make false or misleading claims about the products, pricing or roadmap.
• Do not make commitments on behalf of Fininvo without written authorisation.
• Comply with all applicable laws, including anti-spam, data protection, anti-bribery and competition law.
• Do not engage in self-referrals, incentivised sign-ups that breach platform rules, or other abuse of the programme.
• Protect any customer or prospect personal data you handle, in line with applicable law.

Fininvo grants you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable licence to use approved Fininvo names, logos and marketing materials solely to promote the products during your participation, in accordance with our brand guidelines. You may not alter the marks, register confusingly similar marks or domains, or imply a relationship beyond the partnership. All goodwill from use of the marks accrues to Fininvo. The licence ends when your participation ends.

Each party may receive confidential information from the other, including pricing, roadmaps and customer information. You must keep such information confidential, use it only for the partnership, and protect it with reasonable safeguards. Confidentiality obligations survive termination.
