Pricing & Billing Terms

Fees for each plan and product are shown on the pricing page or in your Order Form. By subscribing, you agree to pay the fees for the plan and billing cycle you select. These Billing Terms supplement the Terms of Service and the Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Fees are exclusive of taxes. Applicable indirect taxes, including Goods and Services Tax (GST) in India and equivalent taxes elsewhere, are added to your invoice and payable by you. Where you are required to withhold tax, you remain responsible for paying the full fee net of any permitted withholding only where supported by valid documentation. Provide accurate tax registration details (such as GSTIN) to ensure correct invoicing.

Indian customers are billed in Indian Rupees (INR). Customers in other regions may be billed in the currency shown at checkout or in their Order Form. Currency conversion, where applicable, is handled by the payment gateway at its prevailing rate.

Where a free trial is offered, you may use the service for the trial period without charge. The service during a trial is provided on an as-is basis. Unless you purchase a paid plan before the trial ends, your access ends and data created during the trial may be permanently deleted. If you provided a payment method for the trial, you authorise us to charge the applicable fee when the trial converts, unless you cancel first.

Adding users or modules mid-cycle is billed on a prorated basis from the date of the change.

If a payment fails, we retry the charge and notify you. To avoid disruption, keep your payment method current. If payment remains outstanding after a grace period (typically 30 days), we may suspend or downgrade your account. Reactivation occurs once outstanding fees are paid. Refunds for failed or duplicate gateway transactions are handled as described in the Refund Policy.

We issue an invoice for each charge, available in your account billing area. Invoices reflect the fees, applicable taxes and the billing period. Please review invoices promptly and raise any billing query within 15 days of the invoice date.
