Subscription fees paid to Fininvo are non-refundable once a payment has been successfully processed, regardless of reason, including:
There is no lock-in period. You can cancel at any time, but cancellation does not generate a refund for the current paid term. The only exceptions are gateway payment failures (Section 2) and cases where Fininvo is in material breach (a prorated refund of prepaid, unused fees).

Refunds are issued when a payment fails or is duplicated at the gateway. In those cases the refund is processed by the payment gateway directly.
Failed transactions: debited but not confirmed by the gateway.
Duplicate charges: the same transaction processed more than once.
Gateway timeout: debited but the subscription was not activated.

Cancel anytime. Access continues until the end of the current billing period. No refund for remaining days.
Cancel at any time. Access continues to the end of the annual term. No prorated refund for unused months.
Auto-renewal: subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. On cancellation, auto-renewal stops and no further charges are made.
Log in and go to Settings from the main navigation.
Select the Billing tab to view your subscription and payment history.
Click Cancel Subscription and confirm. You receive a confirmation email.

Enterprise customers with a Master Services Agreement are governed by the cancellation and payment terms in their contract, including any custom notice periods and data transition support.
For Indian customers, our payment practices follow Reserve Bank of India guidelines for digital and recurring payments, including the e-mandate framework with pre-debit notification 24 hours before each charge.
Grievance: if a failed-payment refund complaint is not resolved within 30 days, you may escalate to the RBI Ombudsman at cms.rbi.org.in. Please contact us before initiating a chargeback, as chargebacks filed without contacting us first may lead to account suspension.
